STAY - COMMERCIAL AREA

SDR Outbound

Benefits:

Activities:

• Schedule and hold business meetings with potential clients;
• Monitoring and support for potential customers;
• Update the CRM and coordinate the calendar with the sales area;
• Benchmarking, identifying opportunities and proposing improvements;
• Support relationship and marketing actions.

Requirements:

• Be studying Commercial Management, Marketing, Administration, Foreign Trade, Advertising or related areas;
• Office Package (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
• Good oral and written communication;
• Organization, proactivity and initiative.

Differential: Having worked in the commercial/sales area, in a digital agency, outbound email campaigns and customer service.

Knowledge of CRM is desirable.

STAGE - TECHNICAL AREA

Attention

• Preparation and presentation of results reports;
• Create communication processes and prospecting campaigns;

• B2B customer service.

• Be studying Advertising, International Relations, Administration, Marketing or related areas;
• Office Package (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
• Good oral and written communication;
• Organization, proactivity and initiative.

Differential: Having worked in a digital agency, outbound email campaigns and customer service.

We are not looking for people with programming and systems development skills, as we use SAAS for our solutions.
